Return and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Liksa, we strive to provide the highest quality products to our customers. This Return and Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations in regard to returns and refunds for purchases made on our website, liksa.com.au. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

3. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before making your purchase.

4. Faulty or Defective Products

If you believe your product is faulty or defective, please contact us at liksacompany@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the product. You will need to provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the fault.

5. Assessment of Faulty Products

Once we receive your claim, we will assess the product to determine if it is faulty. If the product is deemed faulty, we will offer you a repair, replacement, or refund as per your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If the product is not deemed faulty, it will be returned to you.

6. Procedure for Returns

To return a faulty product, follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at liksacompany@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
2. Package the product securely, including all original packaging and accessories.
3. Include your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the fault.
4. Send the product to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed if the product is confirmed to be faulty.

7. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

8. Exceptions

This policy does not cover faults or damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper handling, or normal wear and tear. Products that have been altered or repaired by someone other than Liksa or an authorized repair agent are also not covered.
